    * PAYMENT: 1 night's deposit will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. By booking a room with your credit card you agree that you are in fact purchasing your accommodations at the Granby River Homestead in advance in accordance with the policies listed herein as opposed to guaranteeing your booking with your credit card. The balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card 10 days before your check-in date.

    * CANCELLATION POLICY: We issue transferable gift certificates without an expiry date for the full value of your payment in lieu of a refund for all cancellations. Please consider travel insurance.

    * All ACCOMMODATION RATES All accommodation rates are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars. All rates are based on 1 night accommodation for max. Two people (add $25.00 per extra person in same room). Your credit card company will convert the Canadian dollar amount to your local currency. Please be aware that exchange rates fluctuate with the currency market.
